Our home nursing, doctor consultations, and palliative care services are provided based on the medical information provided by the family/patient during booking. While we strive for excellence, clinical outcomes vary by condition.
An enquiry made via our public portal does not constitute a guaranteed clinical appointment. Our coordinator will call you to confirm the date, time, and patient details before any visit is scheduled.
All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Fees for medical visits, nursing services, or medicines delivered are non-refundable once the clinical service has been initiated.
Aishwaryam Trust and its staff are committed to providing first-class empathetic care. In emergency situations, families are advised to contact their nearest hospital directly in addition to calling our palliative team.
Patients/families are requested to inform our clinical coordinator at least 2 hours before the scheduled home visit time for any cancellations or rescheduling.
